Our team comprises a Waiver Director, multiple service supervisors, coordinators, an office manager, and intake coordinators. Whitney Decker, MSW.
Founder of Devoted Care is a graduate of Fordham University with a master's degree in social work. With a rich background, she has extensive experience working with children, families, and foster care, specializing in preventive and adoptive services. She has also worked with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities under their Medicaid waiver program and has a background in early intervention support and services.
Devoted Care focuses on supporting seniors in the community or facilitating their transition from nursing homes back into the community. Additionally, they cater to adults with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities, offering long-term support and services aimed at enhancing their quality of life.
Whitney is deeply passionate about aiding individuals with disabilities, aging seniors, children, and families in accessing support services and resources. Her mission is to empower them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve a high quality of life within their communities.
With years of seasoned professional experience, our Service Coordinators are adept at guiding you and your loved ones, helping navigate the path to the future. We are committed to maintaining quality service and ensuring your parent or loved one can continue living within the community.
